Each year our annual conference organizers line up a fantastic array of speakers and workshops. But there are ways you can be a contributor to this wonderful week. Assemble a step-by-step poster! This is your official call for entries!
We hope individual members or chapters will put together a poster presentation. Subject might include interesting projects using digital techniques or traditional art mediums; projects within a specific field: botanical, scientific sculpture, animation etc. Visited an interesting place and did sketches? Do a poster! Or write up that special project featuring a specialized or unique approach. How about presenting a GNSI chapter history? More than one person can author a poster - teaming up will make it less labor intensive.
Please see the GNSI Newsletter - January 2004 issue for size specifications on presenting a poster at the Williamsburg Conference. The article also shows an example of what a step-by-step poster should look like. Or contact me at the address below with your questions.
